(May Contain Spoilers)
These episodes being over an hour is very hard to put everything that happens very succinctly, but I will try. Millie (Jerrika Hinton) tries to track down Jonah (Logan Lerman) to find out more about the connection with him and murder to the Wolf. Jonah gets back in with the hunters after saying to Meyer (Al Pacino) that he wants revenge for his friend’s murder. The hunters look into the swiss bank and find it to be a treasure trove full of the valuable belongings of Jews from the war.
What We Learnt:
· Flashbacks to the two Jews in the camps who are getting closer and planning to escape
· Meyer meets the head of the Swiss bank and confronts him about what he did in the war
· Jonah goes to the police station with Carol (Ebony Obsidian) to give a statement about his friend’s murder
· Millie goes to Jonah’s house but doesn’t find him there so goes Meyer’s
· Jonah is put on surveillance with Sister Harriet (Kate Mulvany) outside the swiss bank
· Harriet tells Jonah about the story where The Wolf after hearing the story about Ruth (Jeannie Berlin) standing up to a guard, becomes fixated with her
· Mille goes to Meyers house and finds articles written by Danny (Miles G. Jackson) in his house and writes it down
· Millie tries to talk to Jonah trying to get him to confess to going to see the Wolf and what is right and wrong
· Flashback to the Jew couple in the camps trying to escape and one gets caught by the guard as he proposes to the girl and gets killed, the other two escape
· Harriet goes undercover as a cleaner at the bank and lets the other gang members in
· Harriet replaces the guard’s guns with blanks and manages to take them hostage
· The gang go into the bank and find another security deposit room, but Jonah notices the size is unlike the plans
· The Hunters find a secret compartment leading to a basement, they find all the belongings from the Jews that the Nazi’s took, Jonah becomes fixated with the ring that the Jew couple from the camp had
· Meyer continues the conversation with the swizz banker and shows him the photos of the belongings and asks who owns the account and it is The Ghost, Oskar Hauptman someone they thought was dead
· The swizz banker kills himself
This episode gave me chills, watching the Jewish couple trying to escape and getting so far as well as the belonging of all the Jew’s in the basement of the swiss bank. I liked the switch-a-ro with the bank robbery, I knew Harriet was doing something, but wasn’t too sure so that was a good surprise. I’m looking forward to finding out more about the stories of the individual Hunters.
