Cornwall’s little city TRURO is one of the best nightlife spots in the country. There are some great pubs and having lived in Truro for two years I have had my fair share of nights out in the city.
This blog post will be your pub crawl guide for the best pubs in Truro. It is a five leg journey visiting 6 pubs in total.

Friendly atmosphere and the staff are very welcoming. There is a nice outside area to drink, but limited tables. The interior is fairly modern and the toilets are nice, but it is one the more expensive of the pubs for drink prices.

This is one of my favourite pubs in Truro, because it has very cheap drink prices meaning that you can drink more at the first pub and spend less later on in the pub crawl! PERFECT! There is a very sporty vibe in this pub, because it screens live sports, there are two entrances which is good to be aware of. Additionally, there are pool tables that are later taken away to become a dance floor. This pub has everything you need!

Bear Pubs is a chain in Cornwall opening its newest pub in Truro. I stumbled across Bear Pub when it just opened, and I was drawn in by its inviting lighting. There was festoon lighting all across the windows and a cosy shabby chic aesthetic indoors.

🥤 House Drink: One of your choice
Claimed to be Truro’s Nightclub, this venue has a sports bar bottom and nightclub top. The drinks are average priced, but to be honest by this point in the night I wasn’t paying for drinks! It is a stop that if you like a dance then this will be the place for you, with modern music and a club vibe.

The most fun pub, but when you start getting a little bit more wavey! It only starts getting busy around 11pm and the music is more of a classic 2000’s vibe and gets more modern as the night goes on. Cheap drinks, friendly vibes and a great night out.

Hands down my favourite pub in Truro!! This is definitely the place you want to finish your pub crawl. Enjoyable live music nights, friendly bar staff. The thing to be wary about is that there are peanuts so if your allergic for nuts this won’t be for you, however they have FREE peanuts! Hops hanging from the ceiling and a cosy vibe a chilled way to end the night.
